35 Weeks

Technically it's 35 Weeks AND 3 days =]

34 Weeks

Another week down on the baby countdown. The wall behind me in the pictures is the color we choose to paint his nursery area. It does look a little different but pictures always do that. I'll take pictures of the crib, mobile and everything together soon.

This skirt's pockets don't agree with a pregnant belly. haha

33 Weeks & A Picnic

One week closer to being a mama, one weeks closer to seeing my little man.

It's absolutely gorgeous in Arizona right now, I feel sorry for all you northern dwellers. Of course, in about a month and a half I'll be asking myself why I live here and wondering how people lived without air conditioning.

Trey and I took my new picnic basket for a spin and it was pretty lovely. He took my week 33 pictures as well, it's much easier than setting up my tri-pod.

PB&J, banana pudding, fruit, and cheese. It's amazing how simple food is amazing when it's in a special setting.

--32 Weeks--

  

We're 32 weeks along today! It's getting closer and I'm so ready to have my baby. This month is going to be a busy one though, full of baby showers and doctor's appointments.

I went on a shopping trip to IKEA today with one of my girl friends. Their baby and children rooms are amazing. Bursting with color and convenient storage solutions.

I just had to buy the hot air balloon that matches my crib set.

Clark Kat loves the little stuffed animals and well, basically anything that hangs down over him.

31 weeks

One step closer to baby time!

31 weeks along and 6-9 more to go. My dress's makeover from yesterday hit a little road bump; I completely broke the zipper today and didn't have a replacement. Then I had to start working on/at my job that actually brings in a paycheck. So, the dress will be in pieces another day.

I did have time to take my 31 weeks pictures though:

30 Weeks

Ten weeks to go! or it could be 7(=]) or 12(=[)... But either way, it's getting closer!

I realize my blog has been more baby oriented than vintage fashion or photography, but it's hard to get around that when I'm pregnant. The Baby has been on my mind 24/7 for over six months. I'm trying not to become one sided so bare with me.

29 Weeks

Yesterday Trey and I went to another ultrasound appointment and got the most marvelous gift. We saw our baby boy's face! It was shocking because the past two ultrasounds we haven't seen his face because of his positioning but yesterday there it was. It was so special, he's beautiful and perfect, three pounds now. Two bits of good news:  1) I don't have gestational diabetes, which I was worried about. 2) The ultrasound I had done at 18 weeks showed a scar on my uterus and my doctor was a little concerned with it so she wants me to have ultrasound done every 6 to 8 weeks. There's really no reason for the scar to be there but she wants to keep an eye on it. When I went in yesterday the ultrasound tech couldn't see the scar and the baby is developing normally. So either the scar went away or it was only noticeable when my uterus was smaller but it's good news because it's not causing problems!

27 Weeks.

I've been meaning to start writing letters every week to the baby. I keep forgetting, but better late than never. I still have a few weeks left =]
